Shantelle Canzanese is the proud owner and principle makeup artist at Flawless by Design.
As a graduate from the Toronto School of Professional Makeup, she has been working competitively in this industry for over 15 years. In addition to her broad range of talent and expertise in makeup application and hair design, Shantelle brings her dynamic personality to her work, balancing dedication, passion, creativity and her wonderful sense of humour.
Her former experience as a professional actress has given her invaluable insight into what the Industry requires of a makeup artist and successful team member. She is always looking forward to working with new clients and collaborating with actors, photographers, models, directors and production companies.

Carol
Makeup artist ~ Hair stylist ~ Special FX

After 15 years in the corporate retail industry, Carol decided to go back to school to study her true passion, Makeup Artistry.
​
Carol is a Certified Professional Makeup Artist and hair stylist with over 9 years experience in the industry. She trained at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in the Makeup Artistry and Special Effects Program graduating with high honors. Developing her skills over the years has lead her into many areas of the makeup industry. She has worked with Rogers Television as Key Makeup Artist for Hosts, Guests and High delegates in the Corporate Industry. Shows including, Live Healthy Now, Toronto Headlines, Toronto Speaks, Lemon Aid Car Show, Sex @11 with Rebecca and Toronto Boomers. She is also one of the Lead Makeup Artists for the Miss Universe Canada Pageant .
Developing her artistry skills is very important to Carol. That is why she continuously attends workshops to improve her craft and to keep up to date with new and current trends.

Alysha

Alysha graduated from George Brown, School of Makeup and Esthetics, she has experience working with celebrities such as Luke Bilyk, Naomi Snieckus, Sugar Lynn Beard, Chantal Kreviazuk, Sarah Fisher, Sergio Di Zio, Natalie Krilova, Kate Drummond, Jefferson Brown, Mayor Bonnie Crombie many more.
She has experience in film, hair styling, special effects, airbrushing, body painting, bridal, prom and event makeup. As well she has many magazine and print work for a number of customers and companies. She has done volunteer work for Sick kids, Women in the Media, Outside Looking In and Because I am a girl, helping with makeup events.
Alysha has done numerous fashion shows and events, she has been a key makeup and Hair artist in numerous features, multiple pilots, TV episodes, commercials and short films. She is a fun loving, hard working artist who puts her soul into every project she does.
Salma
Makeup artist ~ Hair stylist ~ Special FX
Salma was born and raised in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has also lived in Dubai. She has been a passionate makeup artist for the past seven years. Her expertise include various ethnicities including North America, South Asia and the Middle East.
After graduating from the Toronto School of Professional Makeup, she has been actively engaged in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, film, television, advertisements, professional photoshoots, runways and bridal.
She has worked actively for the Taylor Swift 1989 World Tour in Toronto, Walk off the Earth MUCH Music Awards 2015, Music Video Dab Life by Rapper Belly, Bud light Sensations 2014, Singing Sensation Naria live in Concert 2015, Advertisements for Alokozay, Mazda and many many more.
Sam has a natural flare and creative edge to incorporate past, present and current trends in her work.
Angelica

Angelica is a professional makeup artist who specializes in special effects & body painting. She's passionate and her experience is versatile in the areas of television, film, hair styling, theater, trade shows, live events, music videos and bridal.
She embarked on her journey in makeup a decade ago, and there is no stopping her. She has proven to be not only talented but genuinely committed to giving you the best outcome. As a former Tattooist and designer, she is not afraid to go the extra mile to achieve what you thought was not possible.
She has been part of multiple film projects throughout Ontario such as "Skin", "Twinkle all the way", "Merging with the Infinite" and More. She has worked with artists such as SonReal, The Glorious Sons, Mena Massoud, Sarah Drew, Ryan McPartlin, among others.
Anastasiia

Anastasiia is an extremely passionate and motivated young professional with a highly creative vision. No matter what makeup look she is doing, she always goes out of her way to please the client by paying attention to every detail and request.
Ana has extensive experience in makeup and hairstyling for productions such as editorial shoots, commercials, and promo videos for various brands. Her work is published in a number of magazines like Laffaire and GMARO.
Anastasiia was born and raised in Europe and that’s where she got a solid base of makeup knowledge. Ana also lived in the US for a while where she worked with a diversity of ethnicities. She is constantly learning and improving her skills as she works towards her future career goals. She believes that an artistic vision combined with knowledge, can create meaning and depth in any image or character, and that is what will turn any idea from an abstract concept into a visible, powerful message.

Victoria

Victoria is a talented makeup artist and hair stylist who loves working with new clients to enhance their best features, so they can truly feel like the best version of themselves.
Working in the GTA and beyond, has given her the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages, ethnicities, bone structure, and sensitivities. She can proudly say that has mastered her techniques, no matter the skin type .
After graduating from beauty schools in both Europe and Canada, she decided to explore all avenues of the business including bridal parties, special events, editorials, fashion shoots, movies & commercials. This has greatly expanded her portfolio and expertise.
Most recently, she had the opportunity to work in France during Cannes Film Festival and Paris Fashion Week preparing her clients for the red carpet and runway.
Her goal is to exceed her client's vision by constantly updating her skills, being aware of the most current trends and using the best products in the market.

Divya

Divya’s love of hair styling and makeup artistry has landed her many opportunities to work with beautiful brides, professional photography studios, commercial shoots and magazine editorials. Divya was born in Toronto and has been working in the industry for the past five years. Her education includes a diploma from Humber College for Fashion Arts and Business, as well as a fashion and bridal certification from Paramita Academy of Makeup and a bridal hair styling certification from Dash Beauty Academy, as well as a certificate from Bella Flair.
Divya's strengths are creating natural makeup looks and Hollywood style waves. She is very personable and easy to work with. Her attention to detail is what her clients like best about her. Divya is a self proclaimed perfectionist, she follows her client’s instructions well, pays extra attention to cleanliness and is a pleasure to collaborate with.
Her philosophy is that the beauty and fashion industry is meant to enhance the natural beauty of a person and bring out their best features to make them look and feel good about themselves, while giving them the self-confidence to shine. Her goal is to give her clients a glimpse of how a little glamour can change the way they feel about themselves and lift their spirits.
Lillian
Makeup artist ~ Hair stylist ~ Special FX
Lillian Ma, an International Award-Winning Makeup Artist. Talented, passionate, and creative. She graduated from the "Makeup for Media and Creative Art" program at Sheridan College with honours as well as being nationally certificated in her home country, Taiwan.
She possesses more than 12 years of professional makeup experience in related industries in Canada, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China. Her works reach diversely from Film/TV, Theatrical, Commercial, Music Video, Fashion/Runway, Bridal, Personal Portrait, Magazine Publication etc. She also worked with Mikado Theatre, as the key MUA for 5 years and loved creating diverse characters. In addition, she also has experience in Live Stage Makeup for local celebrity singers in Taiwan. In 2019, She decided to move to Canada to learn more Makeup and SFX skills and settle down in Toronto.
With her professional skills and experience, her work was awarded in the top three in the 2021and 2022 IBI International Beauty Awards held in New York.
In 2022, because of her outstanding achievements in the Makeup industry, she was invited to be an instructor in the Makeup for Media and Creative Arts, Faculty of Animation, Arts & Design at Sheridan College. She is honoured to teach others her passion.
Jeff

Jeff first fell in love with the art of makeup while watching movies as a kid. Always fascinated with both beauty and special effects makeup, Jeff cemented his interest while studying in a theatre arts program. While his career path took him into the financial corporate world, Jeff continued to hone his skills on a part time basis. In 2014 Jeff took a leap of faith and ended his corporate career to pursue his passion in makeup. Now a professional makeup artist in both the beauty and theatrical disciplines, he delights clients and audiences alike. Jeff’s signature style combines a modern and fresh take on the principals of classic beauty and marries these with modern techniques and trends.
Jeff's philosophy is that makeup is about enhancing self confidence; bringing the internal beauty outward.

Leigh
Makeup artist ~ Hair stylist ~ Special FX
Leigh’s passion for makeup blossomed into a career that has taken her around the globe including Toronto, the Caribbean and London, England.
After graduating from Complections International College of Makeup Art & Design, in the early 90’s, she worked in Toronto as a makeup artist for Chanel and doing music videos for artist such as Julie Black and Maestro Fresh Wes.
In the mid 90s she returned to her country of birth, Trinidad, and quickly established herself as one of the island’s top make up artists. There she did video and commercial work for many top brands including Coca Cola, Nestle, RBC, to name a few. She also worked with several local celebrities, athletes, and Ms. Universe/World representatives.
Leigh later moved to London, England and was quickly signed by a prestigious agency, Artistic Licence. Within six month, she had the honor of doing her first magazine cover - for Quintessentially Magazine.
After returning to Toronto, 7 years ago, Leigh wasted little time getting back into the industry. One of the highlights has been doing makeup on So You Think You Can Dance Canada for two years. She has also done Commercial and Corporate work for TD Canada, Honda, RBC and Siemens to name a few.

Fredsonn
Wardrobe Stylist ~ Fashion Designer

Fredsonn is a Fashion Designer and a Stylist who's fashion sense comes straight from the rich, colourful culture of his hometown in Bahia, Brazil, where the mix of Afro-Brazilian, native and European influences have molded his unique style.
After completing his studies in Fashion Design in Brazil, he moved to Toronto to attend the Toronto Fashion Academy. Fast forward a few years and he has managed to catapult himself to success in the world of Styling and Fashion, contributing professionally to big fashion events such as the International Fashion Encounter, Super Model Canada Search, Paris Fashion Week, Toronto Fashion Week, Men's Fashion Week, Women's Fashion Week and London Kids Fashion Week, among others. In recent years, he has been working very hard as the co-creator and Creative Director of Bahia Kids Magazine, a monthly kids fashion publication based in Toronto, all while performing many freelance stylist and custom design jobs for renowned publications and celebrities.
He recently launched his new clothing line in Toronto, called VELO, and when time permits, he enjoys traveling around the world looking for new fascinating locations for editorial photo shoots and new themes for fashion spreads.

Kahmeelia
Wardrobe Stylist ~ Fashion Designer

Kahmeelia is a freelance stylist based in Toronto. Using her creative skills and meticulous eye for detail, Kahmeelia has worked with multiple magazines (Instyle magazine, Pump magazine, IN Magazine) as well as film productions (Disney's Sneakerella, Dan brown's The lost Symbol, Amazon prime Gen V), just to name a few.
Her background in visual merchandising, wholesale, commercials, television and film keeps Kahmeelia well rounded, knowledgeable and always up for the next challenge. She is fueled by her passion for the industry and she considers herself a 'forever student', eager to build on her expertise and stay up to date with the latest trends through continued networking and research. Her friendly demeanor, confidence and meticulous styling makes her an absolute pleasure to collaborate with.
